VPD (Visco-elastic Polymer Dough) pads across the knee cap protect against direct impacts when you fall. Meanwhile, inner knee VPD pads protect against frame knocks as you get lairy and aggressive over challenging terrain.

The flexibility of the VPD pads is complemented by the 4-way stretch sleeve construction. This offers optimised freedom of movement, useful both on the downhills and for when you want to skip the uplift and pedal efficiently back up to the trailhead. The slip-on design, complete with wide elastic grippers, maintains a comfortable and secure fit too.
